Seminar on Fine Dining International Five-Star Hotel
The College of Hospitality & Management recently attended a 1 day seminar-workshop on Fine Dining Restaurant based on International Five-Star Hotel standard. It was held at the Subic Bay Travelers Hotel in SBFZ. John C. Pamintuan, a level 5 Waiter For Royal Caribbean Azamara Club Cruiser conducted the seminar for the HRM and THRO students. He covered the basics and techniques of InternationaL Hotel F&B services, from proper table setting to wine serving as well the right way of approaching and dealing with guests and dignitaries inside the dining room.
